What was far more striking is her absolute dedication to her seller. The primary resident/owner in the home had been hospitalized... Suffice it to say, that there was a significant amount of deferred maintenance to be handled. The scope of work that she handled to make the sale happen is simply unbelievable. She arranged and managed labor for the home to be emptied, landscaping to be completed, pre inspection work to be completed, post inspection work to be examined, cleaning, staging, multiple furniture deliveries to non profit organizations... and she did all of this with a smile on her face while maintaining impeccable communication. If I could award 10 stars, I would. PS. Did I mention that she assisted seller with re-homing cherished animals?
